You can cancel your subscription anytime you want from your user account settings. Note that you will no longer be able to perform full conversions, although you will be able to download your files until the end of your current subscription period.

You can also switch between plans anytime you want.

When you cancel your subscription you are no longer allowed to perform new full conversions, but you are allowed to download your files until the end of current subscription period.

Once you are no longer subscribed to our service, we still kep your files for 30 days, just in case you change your mind and resubscribe. Although you are not allowed to use or download them anymore.

30 days later we delete them permanently and they are lost forever.

- Our HiFi AI processes audio in pure WAV (44.1 kHz, 16-bit) and gives you lossless file outputs (.flac). To save on processing power needed, other services downgrades your audio to a much lower audio quality and then gives back fake "CD quality" as an output. If something has been destroyed, you can not restore it by upsampling back to CD quality. This is not how it works.

Most of other services mutes down a lot of the sounds from your track, so if you merge their outputs back, you no longer have the same audio sample that you started with.
